For the client that has already planned their wedding and booked vendors but needs someone to manage all the details the day of

Prior to the event, 1 to 2 meetings with client to cover the following:

First Meeting

  • Review vendor contracts, provided by Client and detail day of timeline

Second Meeting

  • Visit Venue (if possible) and review final details


  • Unlimited emails and phone calls 2 months prior to event
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Coordinate timeline with all vendors 1 week prior to event
  • Coordinate arrival/end times with all vendors day of event
  • Review Banquet Orders if using on-site services
  • Assist with seating, table numbers, favors, etc.
  • Handle final payments/gratuities to vendors
